Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Define integration objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes and systems.
• Manage resources, budget, risks and project milestones to on-time delivery.
• Communicate status, decisions and outcomes to leadership.
