Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to drive merger and acquisition integrations and transformation programs in the Eastern Time Zone. The role collaborates with executives, acquired entities, and external partners to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in P&C insurance project management, strong stakeholder skills, and PMP (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required.
• 8–10+ years of P&C insurance project management experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations and large transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy and roadmaps to enable successful M&A outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across executive and acquired entities.
• Develop project governance, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Manage risks, issues, and change management activities.
• Communicate with leadership on status and decisions.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
