Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to coordinate merger and acquisition integrations across the organization from the Home Office. The role drives governance, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years in P&C insurance project management, a business degree, and PMP certification preferred. Remote work is in Eastern Time Zones with periodic on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8–10+ years in project management and P&C insurance.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, dependencies, and align with priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation projects, aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for appropriate support.
