Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations. You will serve as a liaison among executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes with strong governance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business (MBA preferred) and 8–10+ years in PM and P&C insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes and objectives.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors for successful delivery.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, milestones, and budgets.
