Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects across the organization. You will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business (or related field) and 8–10 years of P&C insurance PM experience, with MBA and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define integration objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and dependencies.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to support projects.
• Develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones within budget.
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Produce executive-level reports and governance documentation.
