Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to lead merger integrations and large-scale transformation programs. You will plan, coordinate, and drive initiatives across executive leaders, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a business degree and 8–10 years of P&C insurance experience, with prior M&A integration leadership. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: Define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Project Scope & Requirements: Define scope, objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
• M&A Integration Leadership: Lead integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Transformation Program Management: Oversee large-scale transformation projects and alignment.
• Resource Coordination: Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: Develop plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones.
