Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization. You will serve as a key liaison among executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring process and systems alignment.
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status, decisions, and outcomes to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records
• Collaborate with business leaders across functions to drive alignment and execution
