Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations. You will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring process, systems, and teams align.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders for proper allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and meet milestones.
• Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively.
• Develop communication plans and provide updates to leadership on status and outcomes.
• Utilize metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate progress.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate leadership and professional development within the team.
