Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years PM and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, objectives, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status and decisions to leadership.
• Document governance records and decision logs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Technology, and Ops leaders.
• Drive process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership and IOA values.
