Job summary

IOA - Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations. The role serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

The Integration Manager develops project frameworks, manages risks, tracks milestones, and drives organizational alignment to ensure initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives and dependencies.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems, teams and objectives.
• Manage resources, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress and budgets.
• Manage changes and maintain stakeholder alignment and project integrity.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues and ensure governance across initiatives.
• Communicate status, decisions and outcomes to leadership.
• Utilize metrics and reporting to evaluate progress and success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
