Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization.

You will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners, ensuring initiatives stay on schedule and within budget while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8–10+ years P&C insurance project management experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects coordinating processes, systems and teams.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors to ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and decisions to leadership.
• Use metrics and reporting to measure initiative success.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and governance records.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive execution.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate leadership and champion IOA values.
