Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan and execute merger integration projects across the organization. The role coordinates executive leadership, cross‑functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to deliver on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business and 8–10 years of P&C insurance experience with M&A or large transformations. This remote ETZ role may require occasional on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute merger integration projects.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and coordinate with external partners.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage budgets.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
