Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project mgmt and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and project documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives with cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for delivery.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans and milestones.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and project risks.
• Communicate status and decisions to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and operations to drive execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
