Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformation programs.

You will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners, building roadmaps, managing risks, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Business degree, 8–10 years P&C insurance project management experience, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate resources and manage budgets to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Communicate status and risks to senior leadership.
• Identify process improvements and scale solutions.
• Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Oversee risk management and change management activities.
