Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking highly autonomous luxury professionals to join as Luxury Sales Specialists. This is a 100% commission-based, remote field role leveraging your existing network to source high-value consignments and drive new sellers to TRR.

Qualifications

• Established, active personal and professional network capable of generating high-value luxury consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your established network by sourcing high-quality luxury consignments from VIP contacts and affluent individuals.
• Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with high net worth clients through white-glove service.
• Drive growth by developing and executing outreach strategies to bring in high-end consignments.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: secure items, arrange pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver a premium, flawless experience throughout the consignment lifecycle to maximize client retention.
