The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an autonomous Luxury Sales Specialist to source luxury consignments through your existing network. This 100% commission-based, part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely across US cities.

You will build trust-based relationships with high net worth clients, coordinate consignments, and leverage your knowledge of top luxury brands to grow your business. CRM fluency and mobility to meet clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal styling, luxury retail sales, real estate, interior design, or high-end public relations.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network to source high-quality luxury consignments.
• Maintain long-term relationships with high net worth clients.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipping to authentication centers.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches, and apparel.
• Manage client pipeline using CRM tools; travel within your regional market as needed.
