The RealReal, Inc. is seeking established luxury professionals to join as Luxury Sales Specialist. This is a 100% commission-based, part-time field role that leverages your book of business to source high-value consignments from private clients across the United States.

You will act as a premium brand ambassador, drive independent growth, coordinate logistics, and deliver white-glove service to high-net-worth clients, with uncapped earning potential and flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Established personal and professional network capable of sourcing high-value luxury consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across handbags, fine jewelry, watches and ready-to-wear.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network to source high-value luxury consignments.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients with white-glove service.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in high-end consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Provide a premium consignor experience to maximize client retention.
