The RealReal is seeking established luxury professionals to join us as a Luxury Sales Specialist. This is a 100% commission-based role, leveraging your existing network to source high-value consignments and drive new sellers to TRR. Remote, field-based position open to many US cities.

Build elite relationships with high-net-worth clients and independently grow your book of business while coordinating logistics and delivering white-glove service throughout the consignment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Established personal and professional network capable of generating high-value consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches, and ready-to-wear.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Strong professionalism and business acumen with high-net-worth individuals.
• Comfort with CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing high-quality luxury consignments.
• Cultivate long-term, elite client relationships with white-glove service.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in high-end consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver a flawless buying/selling experience to maximize client retention.
