The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Sales Specialist who operates as a premier brand ambassador with an established book of business. This remote, field-based role leverages your network to source high-value luxury consignments and drive new sellers to TRR.

You will maintain elite client relationships, execute creative outreach, and manage end-to-end logistics to deliver a premium consigning experience across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Established personal and professional network capable of generating luxury consignment opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of top-tier luxury brands across handbags, fine jewelry, watches, and ready-to-wear.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional professionalism to maintain trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Comfort using CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing high-quality luxury consignments from VIP contacts and affluent individuals.
• Cultivate elite client relationships with long-term, white-glove service.
• Drive independent growth by executing outreach and networking strategies.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver a flawless, premium experience to maximize client retention and repeat business.
