The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Sales Specialist to leverage your established network of VIP contacts to source high-quality luxury consignments and drive new sellers to TRR from anywhere in the United States.

This is a 100% commission-based, part-time field role with uncapped earning potential. You will cultivate elite client relationships, manage end-to-end logistics, and deliver white-glove service that sustains long-term client loyalty.

Qualifications

• Established personal and professional network capable of generating luxury consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches and Ready-to-Wear.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Sophisticated relationship management with high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing high-quality luxury consignments from VIP contacts and private clients.
• Cultivate elite client relationships with a highly personalized, white-glove service.
• Drive independent growth by developing your own outreach and networking strategies to bring in consignments.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, coordinating pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver exceptional service to maximize client retention and repeat business.
