Priority Doors & Windows is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for luxury windows and doors in the San Diego region, with travel to Orange County and Los Angeles. You will prospect in person at architects’ offices, builders’ sites, and industry events, owning accounts you develop.

Role emphasizes long sales cycles, product knowledge, and competitive drive. Company offers high-end brands, strong commission, and a collaborative sales team in a fast-growing San Diego dealer.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, business development, or a field-based customer role.
• Comfort walking into offices or job sites and starting a conversation.
• Ability to read architectural plans, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Self-directed and persistent through long sales cycles, with disciplined follow-up.
• Willing to accept direct feedback from manager and customers and act on it.
• Field-based role requiring frequent local/regional driving; valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Build a target list of custom builders, architects, and designers in San Diego, Orange County, and LA, and meet them in person.
• Read architectural plans and door/window schedules to spot opportunities and match products to projects.
• Get Priority onto bid lists, work with inside team on proposals, and follow up through the decision.
• Grow existing accounts across multiple projects and product lines.
• Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
