With two years in luxury hospitality or reservations and strong communication skills, you will support guest inquiries, maintain detailed guest histories, and assist in upselling resort offerings from a remote Texas base.

Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage in a positive manner with each and every guest.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
• This role is remote and you must reside in the state of Texas

Responsibilities

• Create a genuine, informative, and personalized guest reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information.
• Respond to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, pricing, and offers.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities/services, hours, accommodations, rates and promotions.
• Assist and resolve guest challenges with other team members to exceed expectations.
• Ensure accurate billing and financial transactions on behalf of guests.
• Upsell services and offerings to educate guests about resort amenities.
