Job summary

Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Collection in Austin is seeking a Reservations Agent for the Knox and Bowie House. You will be the gateway to our luxury experiences, accurately input guest details and curate personalized reservations reflecting the epitome of hospitality.

Respond to inquiries about room availability, pricing, and promotions; maintain knowledge of all resort services, facilities, and events; and assist with billing while upselling offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in hospitality, spa, or reservations, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Ability to create professional business correspondence.
• Strong guest relation, sales, and phone manner.
• Ability to work with other departments as part of a team.
• Remote role; resident in the state of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Create genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations inputting guest contact information.
• Respond to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, pricing, and special offers.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities/services, hours, accommodations, packages, spa offerings, and events.
• Assist with billing and financial transactions; upsell services where appropriate.
