Qualifications

• Two years in hospitality, spa, or reservations.

• Remote role; must reside in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Create genuine, informative guest reservations by accurately inputting guest contact information and recording preferences.
• Respond to guest inquiries about room reservations, availability, pricing, and offers.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities, services, hours, accommodations and packages.
• Assist with guest challenges; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
• Ensure billing and financial transactions are accurate and processed smoothly for guests.
• Upsell services and offerings, educating guests about resort experiences.
