The RealReal, Inc. is seeking established luxury professionals to join as Luxury Sales Specialists. This 100% commission-based, remote field role leverages your existing network to source high-value consignments across the US, with flexible, part-time hours.

You will act as a premier brand ambassador, cultivate elite client relationships, manage end-to-end logistics, and drive independent growth in your regional market while maintaining white-glove service and maximizing renewals.

Qualifications

• Established book of business with established network for sourcing high-value consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across handbags, fine jewelry, watches, and ready-to-wear.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to self-schedule and drive results.
• Sophisticated relationship management with high-net-worth clients.
• Proficient in using CRM tools to manage client pipelines.
• Willingness and ability to travel within regional market to meet clients on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing luxury consignments.
• Cultivate elite client relationships with white-glove service.

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics: pickup, valuation, and shipping to authentication centers.
