The RealReal, Inc. seeks an experienced Luxury Sales Specialist who can leverage an existing book of business to source high-value luxury consignments.

This 100% commission-based, remote field role offers unmatched flexibility and uncapped earning potential for self-starters with a deep network in the high-net-worth sector. Part-time schedule optional, with training and support to succeed.

Eligible locations cover many US markets; travel within regional markets may be required.

Qualifications

• Established book of business with VIP contacts and high-net-worth connections.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches, and ready-to-wear.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule to drive results.
• Strong client relationship skills and professional acumen with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proficiency using CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network to source high-quality luxury consignments.
• Cultivate elite client relationships with a white-glove service approach.
• Drive independent growth through creative outreach and networking strategies.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver a premium, seamless consignment experience to maximize client retention.
