Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance (preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in financial services; LTC sales experience.
• Series 6, 63, 65 or Series 7, 66 with Life and Health.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, provide product expertise, and support growth; travel for client-facing events.
• Collaborate with solution SMEs, financial planning experts, and training teams for education and sales training.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy using data to promote long-term care solutions.
• Cultivate relationships to become a trusted resource for LTC solutions, sales ideas, marketing, and education.
• Scale education and product-line resources and expertise.
• Stay current on LTC products, trends, and regulations to advise product teams.
• Partner with IMOs and external partners for facilitation, education, training, and marketing of LTC products.
• Ensure sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Inform and shape First Command’s LTC principles and philosophies.
• Ensure all sales/marketing adhere to regulations and policies.
