Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a training leader to shape the strategic direction and execution of the launch training for new products, with a focus on Long-Term Care marketplaces and field engagement. You will partner with senior sales leadership to assess capabilities and tailor training strategies for LTC accounts.

The role covers designing curricula, coordinating national and regional meetings, onboarding new field personnel, and driving improvements based on field feedback, while

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or technical field and 8+ years pharma sales experience.
• Significant LTC experience and LTC account management.
• Proven experience with product launches and vendor management/contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and monitor multiple training curricula and materials for launches and LTC accounts.
• Lead sales training with Marketing to support new products and tools.
• Set objectives and create engagement, content and role-play for LTC customers.
• Oversee onboarding of new field sales personnel with cross-functional teams.
• Drive improvements for Field Sales Training based on feedback and trends.
