Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred.
• 5+ years in financial services with sales/account management.
• Proven LTC sales/wholesaling experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and support business growth; travel for client events.
• Collaborate with solution SMEs and training teams on education and sales training.
• Develop and execute LTC sales strategies across markets and territories.
• Build trusted relationships with partners, marketing, and product teams.
• Stay current on LTC products, trends, and regulations; inform PM teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with IMOs and external partners on LTC education and marketing.
• Shape First Command LTC principles and sales philosophy.
• Support education resources and product-line knowledge expansion.
