Job summary

First Command Financial Services, Inc. seeks a Life Insurance Education and Sales Leader to empower Advisors with training and materials, elevating client experience and sales results.

You will drive sales, provide product expertise, and collaborate with product management and IMOs to ensure compliant, effective life insurance programs and education across the enterprise. This hybrid role requires travel for client events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance (preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in financial services.
• Proven track record in life insurance sales, wholesaling, or a related role.
• Certifications: Series 6, 63, 65, and Life and Health or Series 7, 66, Life and Health.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, provide product expertise, and support business growth throughout the enterprise. This includes traveling into the field and conducting client-facing events to facilitate growth.
• Work closely with other product-line SMEs, planning, and training, to cultivate the best education and sales training for the company.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy using data to promote life insurance products, targeting specific markets, and territories.
• Cultivate strong relationships to become a trusted resource for life insurance training, sales solutions, marketing, and education.
• Develop and consider how to scale our education and product-line resources and expertise.
• Stay updated on the latest life insurance products, industry trends, and regulations to provide informed recommendations to our product management and product development teams.
• Work closely with our IMOs and external business partners in the facilitation, education, training, and marketing of life insurance products.
• Partner with product management to ensure all sales activities and interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Partner with product management to inform our overall sales cycle.
• Inform, shape, and comply with First Command’s Life Insurance philosophies.
• Ensure that all sales and marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
