Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Long-Term Care Patient Access Manager (LTC PAM) to support providers and facilities in navigating access to Acadia therapies in long-term care.

This field-based, non-promotional role serves as a dedicated contact for LTC providers and pharmacies, delivering guidance on access and reimbursement. As a strategic liaison between LTC stakeholders, payers, and hub resources, you will help ensure timely treatment and smoother reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; life sciences focus preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Patient Access, Market Access, Specialty Pharmacy, Nursing, or related areas; 2+ years in Long-Term Care.
• Strong knowledge of payer dynamics; Medicare Part A and Part D experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert on access and reimbursement issues; educate providers on access processes.
• Collaborate with LTC facilities to build product access knowledge and support.
• Coordinate with Acadia customer support, LTC pharmacies, and other field teams to minimize therapy gaps.
• Escalate payer issues to regional account managers and track field insights.
