Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Long-Term Care Patient Access Manager (LTC PAM) to support healthcare providers and facilities in navigating access to Acadia therapies for on-label use in long-term care settings. You will act as a trusted liaison among LTC facilities, payers, and hub resources, ensuring timely and appropriate patient treatment while removing barriers to care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in life sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Patient Access, Market Access, Specialty Pharmacy, Nursing, or related areas, with 2+ years of experience strongly preferred in Long-Term Care.
• Strong knowledge of payer dynamics, Medicare Part A and Part D access is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert to prevent/address access and reimbursement issues through education and problem-solving.
• Educate healthcare providers to navigate and clarify access processes.
• Collaborate with LTC facilities to build knowledge of Acadia products and access pathways.
• Coordinate with Acadia customer support, LTC pharmacies, and field teams to support patient access.
