Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Long-Term Care Patient Access Manager to support LTC providers and facilities in navigating access to Acadia therapies in non-promotional, field-based role.

You will serve as a trusted liaison for LTC stakeholders, payers, and hub resources to remove barriers to care and improve patient outcomes. The role requires deep knowledge of access processes, Medicare Part A/D and reimbursement, with up to 60% travel and on-site LTC facility presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Patient Access or related roles; 2+ years in Long-Term Care.
• Strong knowledge of payer dynamics and Medicare Part A/D preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60% to support LTC facility engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on access and reimbursement.
• Educate providers on access processes.
• Coordinate with LTC facilities to support therapy access.
• Collaborate with hub resources, customer support, and pharmacies.
• Escalate payer issues to regional account managers.
• Submit LTC-specific forms and documentation.
• Maintain on-site presence in LTC facilities.
• Analyze field insights to inform training and strategies.
