This field-based, non-promotional role serves as the trusted point of contact for LTC facilities, pharmacies, and providers, guiding access processes and payer interactions. In this role, you will travel up to 60% to LTC facilities, educate on Medicare Part A and Part D pathways, coordinate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences focus preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Patient Access/Market Access experience.
• 2+ years in Long-Term Care preferred; payer dynamics knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert on access and reimbursement for LTC facilities.
• Educate providers on access processes and Medicare Part A vs Part D.
• Collaborate with LTC facilities, pharmacies, and hub resources.
• Coordinate forms and documentation for LTC access workflows.
• Maintain on-site presence and travel to facilities as needed.
• Track payer trends and relay insights to teams.
