Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Long-Term Care Patient Access Manager (LTC PAM) to work field-based across LTC facilities and pharmacies, ensuring timely access to Acadia therapies for on-label use.

You will liaise with payers, providers, and hub resources to remove barriers and optimize patient outcomes. The role emphasizes education on access pathways, coordination with cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on Medicare Part A/D coverage, prior authorizations, and financial assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in life sciences preferred.
• Advanced degrees (RN, MSN, MBA) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payer dynamics and Medicare Part A/Part D is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on access and reimbursement issues.
• Educate providers to navigate access processes.
• Collaborate with LTC facilities, pharmacies, and hub resources to ensure patient access.
