Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive a long-term care (LTC) territory. You will build and maintain relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and facility leadership to ensure appropriate patients start and stay on Acadia therapies.

You will create quarterly business plans, analyze regional market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, reimbursement, and access. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience with healthcare/pharma preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with prescribers, facilities and care teams.
• Strong presentation and education delivery skills.
