Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Long-Term Care Patient Access Manager to support LTC providers, facilities, and pharmacies in navigating access to our therapies for on‑label use.

This remote, field-based role acts as a trusted liaison among LTC stakeholders, payers, and hub resources to ensure timely, appropriate treatment. You will educate providers on access processes, address reimbursement challenges, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize therapy gaps.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Patient Access or related areas, with 2+ years in Long-Term Care.
• Strong knowledge of payer dynamics, Medicare Part A and Part D.

Responsabilidades

• Act as subject matter expert to address access and reimbursement issues through education and problem-solving.
• Educate healthcare providers on access processes and clarification of pathways.
• Coordinate with assigned LTC facilities to build knowledge about products and access.
• Collaborate with Acadia customer support, LTC pharmacies, and field teams to support patient access.
• Escalate local payer issues to regional account managers and document resolutions.
• Communicate field insights on payer trends and workflow gaps to train and adjust strategies.
