Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Long-Term Care Patient Access Manager to support providers and facilities in navigating access to our therapies in long-term care settings. This field-based role serves as a dedicated contact for LTC facilities, pharmacies, and payers, guiding on authorization, reimbursement, and coverage pathways.

You will educate, coordinate with hub resources, and help remove barriers to care while traveling up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Patient Access, Market Access, Specialty Pharmacy, Nursing or related areas; 2+ years in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payer dynamics, Medicare Part A and Part D access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate as subject matter expert in preventing and addressing access and reimbursement issues.
• Educate healthcare providers to navigate access processes.
• Coordinate with LTC facilities to share product access knowledge and support patient access.
