Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary for Controllership Oversight, with a focus on governance of LTC models and processes. The role is remote in the US with time-zone considerations for Eastern/Central time.

You will oversee valuation, projections, and data controls while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company and actuarial standards. The ideal candidate holds an FSA or ASA with substantial actuarial experience, especially in LTC, and demonstrates strong

Competenze

• 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably LTC insurance.
• FSA designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• BS/BA degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related major.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of actuarial processes: valuation, projections, and experience.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for the development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes.
