Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team. This remote US role supports governance of LTC models, data and processes, with focus on valuation, projections, and experience through cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with valuation and inforce rate action teams, expanding to projections and analytics as needed, while ensuring adherence to standards and delivering timely analyses.

Competenze

• BS/BA degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related major.
• FSA designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably LTC.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience in actuarial processes.
• Results oriented and ownership mindset.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC actuarial models and processes.
• Support valuation and inforce rate action teams with potential expansion to projections, experience, and data analytics.
