Genworth seeks a Long Term Care Actuary for Controllership Oversight. You will govern LTC models, data, and controls, ensuring compliance with professional standards and internal policies. This remote role serves US Eastern/Central time zones, with Virginia in-office options.

A BS/BA in math/stat/actuarial science or related field is required; FSA/ASA is preferred with 5+ years LTC actuarial experience. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Competenze

• BS/BA in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, and/or related major.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation or Associate (ASA) with commensurate experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably with LTC insurance.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for the development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes.
