Genworth is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team. You will govern LTC models, data flows, and controls, focusing on valuation, projections, and experience analyses while supporting multiple related actuarial functions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations and IT, peer reviews, and ownership of projects within a remote US environment (Eastern/Central Time).

Competenze

• BS/BA degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related major.
• FSA designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably with LTC.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience in actuarial processes.
• Willingness to take ownership of projects.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC models and processes
