Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, etc.) to provide high-quality telehealth therapy on a 100% remote, 1099 basis. Build a flexible private practice with steady referrals, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and strong clinical support.

Minimum 9 hours per week across at least 2 days; opportunities to specialize in Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP tracks.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
Maintain documentation using an AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
