Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. This 100% remote, 1099 contractor role offers a flexible private practice with strong clinical support and referrals.

Minimum 9 hours per week across at least 2 days, with opportunities to specialize in Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP tracks. Telehealth experience and multi-state licensure are advantageous.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Multi-state licensure a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
