Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LPC, etc.) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our programs. This 100% remote, 1099 contractor role provides a flexible, supportive clinical community and built-in operational support.

Minimum 9 hours per week across at least two days, with referrals and comprehensive admin handled for you, enabling focus on patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy
• Multi-state licensure a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
• Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR
