Job summary

Brightside Health seeks licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. You’ll provide CBT-based therapy, leverage AI-enabled EMR, and collaborate with psychiatrists and peers.

Build a flexible private practice with steady referrals and comprehensive support, including billing and credentialing. You’ll work 9+ hours weekly across at least 2 days, with 100% remote schedule and a competitive per-session rate, plus free CEUs and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
Maintain documentation using an AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
