Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth care as a 1099 contractor. You’ll build a flexible private practice with steady referrals, AI-enabled EMR, and strong clinical support.

Deliver CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults, with 9+ hours/week, multi-state licensure a plus. Per-session pay of $83–$103, with free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and dedicated operational help.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Minimum of 9 hours availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
