Job summary
Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy in a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role. Build a flexible private practice with strong clinical and operational support, including referrals and malpractice coverage.
You’ll work with diverse populations, focusing on CBT and evidence-based approaches, while leveraging AI-enabled documentation and streamlined workflows to maintain quality care.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
- 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
- Multi-state licensure a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to adults.
- Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcome.
- Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinicians for integrated care.
- Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
