You will handle inbound requests via phone, email, and chat, delivering polished, timely support for lifestyle services, travel coordination, entertainment, events, and loyalty benefits.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience.
Call center or high-volume service experience preferred.
Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued.
Personal global travel experience is an asset.
