Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in insurance, banking, finance, mortgage servicing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of claims handling practices.
• General knowledge of insurance theory and contracts.
• Familiarity with property estimating systems and claims documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform loss draft and property damage requirements including processing checks, documents, inspections, and reviewing exceptions.
• Review adjuster worksheets for depreciation and validate repairs scope/costs.
• Evaluate claim packages and order/review inspections to determine draw eligibility.
• Assess claim risk by classification and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Monitor service quality of appraisers, contractors, inspectors, and loss draft personnel.
